Constructing the command:

Command cmd = new Command(Message.Commands.SOW)
                  .setTopic(topic)
                  .setOptions(Message.Options.TopN(5))
                  .setOrderBy("/name ASC, /orderId DESC")
              ;

The command can now be used in execute or executeAsync.
